At Packnabis, all products are manufactured based on client specifications and order requirements. Due to the nature of custom production and international manufacturing standards, all sales are generally considered final once production has been approved.

This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, or replacements may be considered.


Order Confirmation and Approval

Before production begins, clients are required to review and approve all order details, including specifications, quantities, materials, and artwork.

Once final approval is given:

  • The order is considered confirmed
  • Production begins based on approved details
  • No changes, cancellations, or refunds can be guaranteed

Clients are responsible for ensuring all submitted files and specifications are accurate.


Custom Products

All products supplied by Packnabis are made to order. As such:

  • Returns are not accepted for custom-produced items
  • Refunds are not issued for approved and completed orders
  • Minor variations in color, size, or finish may occur due to manufacturing processes and are considered acceptable within industry standards

Sample Orders

Sample products are provided for evaluation purposes only.

  • Sample costs are non-refundable
  • Differences between samples and final production may occur due to scale, material batches, or printing processes

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or contains manufacturing defects, you must notify us within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the shipment.

To process a claim, the following is required:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Description of the defect or damage
  • Order details and reference number

After review, Packnabis may offer one of the following:

  • Partial refund
  • Replacement of affected items
  • Credit toward a future order

Claims submitted after the specified timeframe may not be accepted.


Shipping Issues

Packnabis is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers once the order has been dispatched.

However, we will assist in:

  • Providing shipping documentation
  • Coordinating with carriers when necessary

Customers are encouraged to request shipping insurance for high-value orders.


Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once production has started:

  • Cancellation is not permitted
  • Costs incurred during production will not be refunded

Quality Tolerance

Due to large-scale manufacturing and printing processes, slight variations may occur in:

  • Color consistency
  • Material texture
  • Dimensions within standard tolerance

These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or returns.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe
  • Original payment method will be used when possible
  • Any transaction or processing fees may be deducted
